The room I booked was shockingly small. The window was a joke. It faced a concrete structure so there was barely any natural light. It was like being in a basement. I also noticed mold in the bathroom. It was disgusting and unacceptable. The furniture looked pretty worn out and damaged. This is NOT what I expected, and it ruined my stay. I deserve better for what I paid.
